We came back 6 months later and never looked back!
Now on our 3rd RV (from cabover to van and now a small Class A)
Spent another 6 months in Mexico (just Baja this time)
Resided in Big Sur (an hour and half drive to nearest grocery store)
Intentionally worked at least 3 positions each in 4 years to continually challenge ourselves and build as many skills as we could find (they were always sad to see us go)
Continued to live minimally and save money to prepare for this new adventure!
